Sandpipers Adult White T-shirt

I haven’t experienced this with any other tshirts from other manufacturers in the past, sizing is usually always very consistent for my husband and I across many brands, including Gildan, so I’m not sure what the discrepancy was with these particular shirts. The sizing was pretty off. The shirts I ordered ran so large, like a whole extra size up! We ordered larges, but they fit like extra larges. We tried washing them hot and drying them to shrink them, but it didn’t shrink them down very much. I had also contacted customer service prior to placing my order and they couldn’t accommodate my request, which is fine, but they weren’t the friendliest about it. I’m pretty disappointed overall. I love the designs, what the company stands for, and how yall present yourselves online, but I’m bummed to report that my experience sadly did not live up to how I perceived the company. I had been wanting to order from y’all for a very long time, but I’m not sure I will again after this experience. : / I was hoping to collect more designs as the artwork and printing is so beautifully done, but I was really let down with my first order.
