Sea Stars t-shirt

I like the design of this T-shirt, but I wouldn't have bought it if I had known it wasn't made using their water-based ink vs. phosphorescent plastisol which is prone to rubbing off. This wasn't clear from the website, however...

Not plastisol. While we do add phosphorescent powder to our glow in the dark ink, the ink itself is still water-based.
