Great print & good customer service, but be aware fabric is kind of rough & scratchy

I love the graphic but the material is not soft and smooth, and washing it multiple times with fabric softener didn't help! I'm going to try with salt/baking soda/vinegar next, but not excited about having to spend time trying to make this shirt more comfortable and this is the last time I'll ever buy anything printed on Gildan heavyweight (which to their credit, Liberty Graphics was transparent about using to print their products on, but I didn't realize the fabric would be like this!).

I would happily pay more for a softer high quality 100% cotton shirt with this design if one ever became available. Unfortunately, it's not currently available in the organic cotton--which is hopefully at least a little softer and smoother, considering the baby clothes here are made from it--but I might try ordering one of the other designs in the organic cotton next time there's a sale to see if it's better. And if you're someone who doesn't mind a rougher-feeling shirt next to your skin the quality of the product is otherwise good!
